ART & AURA products are handmade/curated and therefore processing time varies according to the nature of the product.
Estimated processing and delivery time varies according to the nature and availability of the product. The applicable estimated timeline will be mentioned on the individual product page and may generally range from 3–10 days.
For customized products, additional processing time may apply and will be communicated to the customer before or after order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

• Country
• Valid contact number
ART & AURA will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Courier Delays
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service conditions.
