At ART & AURA, we believe some creations become more meaningful when they are made especially for you.
We welcome custom and made-to-order requests for selected handcrafted products, subject to design feasibility, material availability and production capacity.
How to Place a Custom Order
To discuss a custom order, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with details of your requirement.
Please include, wherever applicable:
• Product or type of creation required
• Preferred colours
• Size or dimensions
• Quantity
• Personalisation or design requirements
• Required delivery date, if any
• Reference images, where relevant
Confirmation & Pricing
The final design, price, estimated processing time and other applicable details will be communicated before the custom order is confirmed.
Processing Time
Customized and made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the design, materials, quantity and complexity of the work.
The applicable estimated timeline will be communicated to the customer during order confirmation.
Returns & Cancellations
Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return merely because of a change of mind.
Returns may be considered where the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly made by ART & AURA, subject to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once a customized order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
